What are your goals for yourself?  What is it that you would like to accomplish that you have not yet accomplished?  Your goals could be spiritual or concrete.  What is holding you back from those goals? What kind of life do you want? What kind of relationship do you have?

The phrase, “I’m trying.” or “I just don’t have time.” are excuses for not reaching your ultimate purpose.  Trying is not doing.  Time is relative.  Do you have time to spend on your phone looking at social media?  Do you have time to binge on that show you like?  Okay, so you see how priorities can get mixed up.  Set yourself straight.  I know that all of these things are enjoyable to you.  Anything that you do in excess is not a good thing.  Read that again!

What do you want for your life?  Is there something that you are good at that you are afraid to take the risk to do?  Why is that?  There are reasons that are located in your belief system that keep you from doing or being whatever you would like to be.  If you have always wanted to be a singer but you are tone deaf….well that cannot be helped.  If you are 50 years old and you think you are too old to go back to school to get that degree you have always yearned for then you are the only one who holds you back.  Repeat after me…I can and I will.  Write it down!  Put it on the mirror in your bathroom.  Read it every day.  List every step that you need to take to get to where you want to be.

How you show up for yourself is how you show up for those that love you and those that need your gifts! The magic that happens takes work.  Be willing to take the next step to having and being the person you have always wanted to be!

Many Blessings!
